Refund policy


In order for a return to be eligible, it must be in pristine condition with all the original packaging. The return must be raised within 30 days of receipt of the goods. This is irrespective of your chosen payment method. We are unable to offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items that are not re-saleable.

Both the Heated Eye Wand™ and the Heated Eye Wand™ PRO are under a 1 year warranty. If your Wand needs to be replaced during this time period please email (support@peepclub.co.uk) with your order number. 
Please note that unfortunately we cannot pay for returns postage.
