Shipping Policy
It's business as usual for us despite COVID-19.
** Please note that there may be slight delays in shipping out of our control, so please bear with us - we will always keep you informed and let you know as soon as your order has shipped!​**

We currently ship to the UK and select international destinations:

Domestic
Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-2 business days) *For orders placed before 10am
Free (3-6 business days)

International
Royal Mail Premium (2-4 business days) *For orders placed before 10am
Royal Mail Standard (5-10 business days)

We do out best to deliver in this time but there are sometimes issues with customs so we are not able to guarantee, thank you for your patience.

Return & Exchange Policy
*Please note that in order for a return to be eligible, it must be in pristine condition and raised within 30 days of receipt. If you need further support with your return, you can speak to our customer service team by emailing hello@peepclub.co.uk
We are happy to offer a refund/exchange for an unwanted item returned within 30 days of receipt. Please be aware that we must receive returns within 30 days of delivery – this is irrespective of your chosen payment method.
Please note that all items must be returned in a saleable condition:
Unopened, with all original product packaging and hygiene seals untouched. We are unable to offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items that are not re-saleable.
Both the Heated Eye Wand and the Heated Eye Wand PRO have a 1 year warranty so we are happy to replace any wand within 365 days of purchase.
Please note, unfortunately we cannot pay for returns postage.
